The PTFE product is made of a pure polytetrafluoroethylene resin. It is free of other substances, so it has unique characteristics of high corrosion resistance, high insulation, high lubrication and high and low temperature resistance. There is a natural deficiency in wear resistance and creep resistance. So we added filler to fill and modify PTFE to get advanced PTFE，we call the advanced PTFE as TFM.
TFM is a polymer compound obtained by polymerizing tetrafluoroethylene and an additive. Compared with the conventional polytetrafluoroethylene, it has some important advantages,and it has very good electrical and mechanical properties，increased modulus of elasticity, resistance to deformation under high temperature and high pressure, better recoverability, slightly better transparency and high surface finish；Denser polymer structure also improves surface quality, reduced permeability, and the effect of high temperature and temperature fluctuations on it is less than conventional PTFE, and the creep resistance and cold flow resistance are greatly improved. Its superior performance makes it widely used.
